For a Crowd or 2: Deviled Egg Chicken Salad

A few weeks ago we were headed to a wedding at 6pm with some dear friends.  I know we would probably all have a cocktail or two while we were getting ready so I thought it would be nice to have a little snack to go along...it was just starting to get warm out and Easter had just past and I couldn't get the idea of Deviled Eggs out of my head...but I had 2 left over chicken breasts in the fridge.  So, I thought...why not mix chicken salad and deviled eggs...I have to say it turned out rather well!
Here is how I made it, but feel free to increase or decrease the proportions to your liking!
Sincerely Loving Food,
Lainey

Deviled Egg Chicken Salad
2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
3 boiled eggs, sliced
1/4 C Mayonnaise
3 heaping tablespoons sweet relish
1 tsp celery salt
1 tsp + a sprinkle of paprika

Mix all ingredients, minus the sprinkle of paprika and taste for seasoning.  Add salt and pepper as needed.  Best if covered and refrigerated for an hour or so before serving.  Enjoy with crackers or as a sandwich!
