For a Crowd: Big Turkey Sandwich

This is one of my favorite sandwiches to make and take some where. It has turkey, roasted red peppers, green apple and havarti (possibly the best cheese ever).  I always make it in a large sour dough round and then cut it like a pie when ready to serve, but you could use the same ingredients for any bread of any size and it will be just as good. I made it a couple weeks ago for a tailgate and it was a hit!
Sincerely Loving Food,

Big Turkey Sandwich
1 Sour Dough Round
Kraft Sandwich Spread
Appx ¾ lb Deli Turkey
Appx ½ lb Sliced Havarti Cheese
½ Granny Smith Apple thinly sliced
Juice of half a lemon
2-3 Roasted Red Peppers (straight out of the jar works perfect)
Appx ¼ C Chopped lettuce

Cut the sour dough round across horizontally and with your hand carefully scoop out some of the bread on each half (you do this so you make the sandwich down in the bottom of the round and don’t end up with a 5 inch tall sandwich). Place the peppers on a paper towel to drain and then core apple and cut into small slices, mix the lemon juice with the apple slices to keep them from browning.

Spread the top and bottom with the Kraft Sandwich Spread, then layer the turkey, cheese, apples, red peppers and lettuce in any order you like.

Place the top on and tightly wrap with saran wrap until ready to serve. Cut like a pie and enjoy!
